Project submission for editorial consideration is available to Featured Studios only.
Design Studiofolio™ invites Featured Studios to submit individual projects that demonstrate design quality, clarity of intent, and thoughtful execution. Submitted projects are reviewed for their editorial merit and relevance within the Design Studiofolio ecosystem.
Design Studiofolio™ primarily features completed projects. Selected works currently under construction may also be considered where scale, ambition, or design process offers meaningful editorial insight.
Project features focus on design intent, spatial resolution, and material execution, offering insight into how ideas are realised through practice.
About Project Submissions
Submitting a project allows Featured Studios to present individual works through curated editorial coverage within Design Studiofolio™.
Accepted projects may be published as:
- Individual project editorials on Design Studiofolio™
- Sector-specific editorial features
- Cross-published content on affiliated platforms such as Office Concept Design and Hotel & Resort Design, where relevant
Project submission does not constitute a Studiofolio publication and does not replace the Studiofolio editorial process. Studiofolios remain dedicated, long-form archival monographs developed through a separate editorial pathway.
Not a Featured Studio yet?
Studios that are not yet part of Design Studiofolio™ are invited to apply through the Become a Featured Studio page. Project submissions are reviewed only from approved Featured Studios.
Submission Guidelines
Please ensure the following prior to submission:
- You are an authorised representative of the studio and hold the rights to submit the project
- All imagery and materials are approved for online publication and properly credited
- The project description is clear, professional, and reflective of your studio’s design approach
- High-quality visuals are strongly encouraged, preferably professionally photographed, to maintain editorial consistency and presentation standards
All submissions are reviewed by the editorial team to ensure alignment with editorial focus, formatting, crediting, and curatorial requirements prior to publication.
Design Studiofolio™ features projects across six sectors: Workplace, Commercial, Hospitality, Residential, Mixed Use, and Retail. Submissions should demonstrate thoughtful, purposeful design aligned with our editorial direction.
